At SB Property our professional fees are a flat dollar rate not a percentage of the purchase price, they are pre-determined and mutually agreed on, they do not increase should your budget rise or it take longer than anticipated to buy.

Our Fixed Fees cover a range of services tailored to meet your specific needs. Whether you’re seeking buyer advocate, auction bidding or our negotiation services, we offer clear and competitive Fixed Fees for each service. Excluding Vendor Advocacy see item 7.
How are Fixed Fees determined?
Our Fixed Fees are determined based on the scope and complexity of the services you require. We take into account factors such as the property type, location, the average buying time and the level of assistance needed to ensure you receive fair and affordable pricing.
Are there any upfront costs?
Yes a portion of the total fee known as a commitment fee is paid upfront to engage both parties.
When are the fees paid?
A commitment fee is paid upfront and the balance is only paid upon success once the Contract is unconditional.
How are Vendor Advocacy Fees paid?
These are paid from the agents commission, there is no additional fee for this service it is a percentage of the total commission payable and retained from the deposit at settlement or when funds are released.
How long does our agreement last?
6 months however this can be extended by mutual agreement after 6 months or made longer/shorter at the time of signing.
