Shane Banfield

Meet Shane, the driving force behind SB Property, a journey that began with a passion for people and property. With approaching 20 years in the Melbourne property market, Shane is an experienced real estate agent that has nurtured strong relationships with his clients from the
beginning so that when he stepped away from his full-time position in pursuit of more flexibility for his family his clients eagerly followed him.

During this time Shane had the incredible opportunity to offer his partner Caitlin more support after the arrival of their second child. But that wasn’t all—this chapter of his life also gave birth to his own business venture, SB Property.

Shane’s dedication and strategic mindset have become the foundation of SB Property’s success. Having worked on both sides of the real estate divide Shane understands the intricacies of both buyers and sellers, he offers valuable insights into the nuances of real estate that only past
experiences can bring. Shane’s extensive knowledge of how agents think, what vendors desire and the emotions involved in the process make him an vital asset whether you’re buying or selling.
